Philosophy
Keep it simple. The short game is the most important part of golf. The right technique will not only improve your short game but it will filter into the full swing. Getting into the correct impact position will make you more consistent and better player. My ultimate goal is for a student to understand his/hers swing so while you are practicing or playing you can self correct an arrant shot. The biggest flaw I see is when a poor shot occurs, the player is guessing why they hit it that way and then flood their minds with swing thoughts instead of recognizing and executing the next shot.
